IT Network Manager

Our client is a global provider of CX solutions across voice and digital channels, with expertise in AI, automation, analytics and more.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure
• Build infrastructure and maintenance of the network
• Responsible for maintaining network hardware and software, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure minimal downtime

Requirements:

• At least ten (10) years experience in network engineering, with five (5) years of managerial experience
• Must be CCNA and CCNP certified
• Coming from a BPO industry

Shift: Night shift

Setup: Full onsite

Location: Makati, PH
