IT Network support Engineer
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month
About the role
The IT Network Support Engineer will support daily network operations and support including LAN room operations, data centre cabling, and remote office IT setup or relocation project coordination.
Key responsibilities
Travel regularly to remote offices and secured substations across Singapore to perform on-site troubleshooting of LAN and WiFi network issues
Supervise vendors or contractors carrying out project activities at remote offices and data centres to ensure compliance with Safety and proper work process
Assist with network cable patching, troubleshooting, and basic connectivity testing on-site
Support office relocations and IT infrastructure setup, including WAN, LAN, and WiFi services
Perform hands-on installation, deployment, rack mounting, and troubleshooting of network equipment
Maintain cable patching documentation, IT asset records, and assist with cabling provisioning between network devices and servers within the data centre environment
About you
At least 3 years' experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects
