Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Katong TE25)
Salary: Up to $3,300 (Depending on qualifications and relevant experience)
Benefits: Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Working Arrangement: 24/7 Rotating Shift Schedule, including weekends and public holidays where applicable
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network systems and identify network faults or service disruptions.
Perform troubleshooting and take appropriate actions to resolve network issues.
Assist in network upgrades, expansion and maintenance activities.
Monitor network performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
Investigate technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams and vendors for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of network incidents, changes and maintenance activities.
Support continuous improvements to network infrastructure and system reliability.
Requirements
Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, IT or other relevant disciplines.
Relevant working experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN and VPN.
Knowledge of networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, DHCP or MPLS will be an advantage.
Willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
