At Peepl, we are looking for an IT Odoo Business Analyst who can analyze business requirements, manage Odoo implementation, and supervise developers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and prepare FSD
- Configure Odoo modules and conduct fit-gap analysis
- Supervise Odoo Developers and monitor delivery
- Lead UAT, user training, and go-live
- Manage change requests and project progress
- Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional / ERP Business Analyst
- At least 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Project, HR)
- Able to prepare BRD/FSD, UAT scenarios, and user manuals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise v16+, API/REST integration, or Odoo Functional Certification is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Python, XML, and Odoo ORM is a plus
