Summary
On-site IT Officer supporting a hotel in Makati City: installs and maintains hardware, networks, servers, POS/PMS systems and guest Wi-Fi, provides tech support and staff training, and handles backups, antivirus and IT inventory. Pays ₱25,000–₱30,000 per month.
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems across the hotel (computers, printers, routers, switches, servers, POS systems, etc.).
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff and systems, including internet access, email, software applications, and hospitality systems (PMS, POS, key card systems, etc.).
Ensure data security, system backups, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.
Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
Manage hotel’s internet connectivity and guest Wi-Fi systems, ensuring consistent uptime and quality service.
Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation for all hardware and software assets.
Coordinate with external vendors for system support, maintenance, and upgrades.
Assist in training hotel staff on basic IT tools, systems, and security awareness.
Participate in planning and implementing IT-related projects or upgrades.
