This is not purely a ticket-handling role. We are looking for someone who can become the trusted local IT contact for our Zagreb office while working as part of a larger international IT organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between helping a user with an Outlook or Teams problem, preparing a new laptop, troubleshooting connectivity, coordinating an issue with central IT and assisting with the rollout of a new IT service.
