Job Summary
Rapid Tech Inc. is looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Officer to manage and maintain the company's IT systems, computer equipment, network infrastructure, and technical operations. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees, ensure system reliability, troubleshoot IT-related concerns, and help improve the company's overall IT processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective network troubleshooting strategies to minimize system downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operations.
Plan and coordinate network software updates and system upgrades to maintain security, efficiency, and performance.
Develop preventive maintenance procedures and contingency plans to ensure business continuity in case of technical issues.
Perform basic IT hardware troubleshooting, repairs, software installation, and configuration.
Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Coordinate with IT personnel and branch teams nationwide to assess IT requirements, support business expansion, and ensure proper maintenance of IT equipment and network systems.
Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and recommend improvements to management.
Prepare reports on IT-related concerns, system performance, maintenance activities, and technical recommendations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of IT Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
Experience in IT retail and wholesale operations is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in basic IT hardware troubleshooting, repairs, software installation, and configuration.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting, IT infrastructure, and system maintenance is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must be proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
