Summary
An IT Officer at Royal Caribbean supports day-to-day IT operations at the cruise line's private destinations, providing SLA-based support for IT business systems, equipment, and infrastructure, with travel between destination sites as needed.
The IT Officer supports the operational and technical IT Operations on the Destination. This includes supporting IT business systems and related equipment by providing knowledgeable support within the timeframes defined in Service Level Agreements. This position assists all Private Destinations and may require traveling between the Destinations to support IT operations, equipment, and infrastructure.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
