Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 per month
Working Set-Up: Hybrid (2-3 WFH), Day Shift (8 AM - 5 PM)
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Working Arrangement: There will be a 2-week assessment period as part of the hiring process
About the Company: They are a real estate and property management company located in Makati City, Philippines! They are looking for someone who can lead the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Company's technology systems, digital workflows, AI solutions, and operational projects.
About the Role: You will serve as the primary coordinator for business process automation, systems implementation, project monitoring, and technology initiatives while ensuring operational priorities are executed efficiently across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate operational, technology, and business improvement projects from planning through implementation.
Manage, implement, and continuously improve the Company's business systems, cloud platforms, and digital workflows.
Administer and optimize Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and other business productivity platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the IT field
Competency in Google Workspace, Smartsheet or AI productivity tools
A technology-driven and proactive personality with an ability to lead
Excellent English communication skills
