Key responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware, software, and network systems — from workstations, mobile handsets, printers, and landlines to the network and software that keep everything running and up to date
Support employees on all IT-related concerns, keeping systems functional, stable, and secure
Keep clear, detailed records of network configurations, peripheral specs, issues, and resolutions
Spearhead automation and IT development projects, and manage relationships with third-party IT providers
Implement IT policies and safeguards that protect the integrity, security, and confidentiality of company data
Take on special projects as needed to support the wider team
About you
College degree in a computer-related course
At least 5 years of experience in IT hardware, software, and network maintenance
Experience working in the insurance industry or a similar regulated/financial services environment is a strong plus
Good written and spoken communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team-player mindset
Detail-oriented, with sharp analytical and organizational skills
