IT OFFICER (URGENT HIRING)

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

About the role

The IT Officer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This role focuses on building and enhancing applications using Zoho Creator, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of software systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Zoho Creator.

• Develop custom functionalities using the Deluge scripting language and integrate various Zoho applications.

• Gather and analyze system requirements, and prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and recommend system improvements.

• Troubleshoot software and network-related issues, and provide technical support to end users.

• Assist in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and ensure the reliability and security of IT systems.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in software or web application development.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator or other low-code/no-code development platforms.

• Proficient in Deluge scripting and knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
