Job Summary

You will engage with business teams to translate operational insights from OIP systems into clear IT requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, manage, and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives while supporting solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technology needs related to OIP systems including HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, Aveva PI, and InfluxDB3 to provide actionable operational insights.
• Identify and assess business improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals through research and solution proposals.
• Select and apply appropriate analysis approaches based on complexity, risk, assumptions, and dependencies to plan and manage activities meeting deadlines.
• Identify and engage stakeholders effectively, building relationships tailored to their needs and influence levels.
• Develop and contribute to communication and change management plans for projects and stakeholders.
• Manage requirements lifecycle including traceability, testing, and validation to ensure functional and technical requirements translate into design specifications covering Functional Design, User Interface, and Business Process Design.
• Collaborate closely with global and local technology teams to ensure technical solutions deliver agreed business benefits.
• Support business case development by capturing investment justifications including ROI and benefits realization.
• Analyze and evaluate solution proposals, articulating business readiness and value optimization versus spend.
• Deliver key project artifacts such as data flow diagrams for OIP integration, User Requirement Specifications (URS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), risk impact assessments, functional and design specifications, and data governance plans.
• Facilitate and co-lead project workshops with internal teams, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of BA-related action items.
• Lead creation of end-to-end UAT scenarios, test scripts, and test data in collaboration with business users.
• Contribute to and lead project phase deliverables including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Business Impact Assessments (BIA), Threat Impact Assessments (TIA), Fit-Gap analysis, and Risk Issue Documents (RID).

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience using business analysis tools and techniques to design and deliver business change.
• Strong engagement, communication, facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills applied in project and stakeholder contexts.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Experience collaborating with third-party suppliers and vendors.
• Strong implementation knowledge of integration platforms including HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, Aveva PI, and InfluxDB3.
• Degree in relevant discipline or formal certification in business analysis practice.
• Exposure to Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Awareness of pharmaceutical business domain and related processes.
