IT Operation & Production Support DevOps Engineer
Summary
Designs and maintains cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP, automates deployments with CI/CD, and ensures system reliability using Kubernetes, IaC, and monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Manage and operate containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible to ensure consistency and automation.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, and proactively handle incidents using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Administer and support SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Provide advanced Linux and network troubleshooting to support production systems and ensure high availability.
