IT Operation Staff (Store Support)

Job Desc:

1. Provide daily IT support for store operations.

2. Handle software installation and troubleshooting, including antivirus.

3. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware (PCs, printers, POS, and related devices).

4. Support basic networking (LAN and Wi-Fi).

5. Assist store users with IT-related issues.

6. Perform basic monitoring and support for Windows Server.

7. Record and report IT issues and activities.

8. Coordinate with Head Office IT team or vendors when needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good knowladge in Software Installation, Infrastructure, Networking, Hardware and Server Administration.

• Required Skill(s): Hardware, Networking, Windows Server, Antivirus.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Support/Network/Infrastructur/Database Admin or equivalent.

• Placement in Mitra 10 Tenth Avenue - Kota Bandung.
