IT Operation Support Technician
About the Role
You'll get to work across different areas of IT, including database planning, low-code app development on platforms like PowerAutomate and PowerApps, and day-to-day troubleshooting support for end users.

What You Will Do
Development & Infrastructure
- Work with virtualised environments
- Develop web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET
- Support database normalisation and planning
- Develop solutions on low-code platforms such as PowerAutomate and PowerApps
IT Asset & Support Management
- Manage IT asset inventory and tracking
- Support helpdesk enquiries, including troubleshooting computers and end-user technical issues
What We Are Looking For
- Singaporean Only
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET)
- Familiarity with virtualised environments and database design/normalisation
- Experience with low-code platforms such as PowerAutomate and PowerApps advantageous
