Reporting to the Head of IT & Security, you’ll take ownership of user access management, business application administration and coordination of outsourced IT support within a growing SaaS business. You’ll also support security compliance, manage escalations and identify opportunities to improve IT processes as the organisation evolves.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of IT & Security, you’ll take ownership of user access management, business application administration and coordination of outsourced IT support within a growing SaaS business. You’ll also support security compliance, manage escalations and identify opportunities to improve IT processes as the organisation evolves.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years in IT operations or systems administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Strong identity and access management knowledge.
- Experience administering SaaS and cloud applications.
- Familiarity with ITSM, incident management and vendor SLAs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Exposure to M365, SSO, Jira or ISO 27001 is advantageous.
- Experience working in a scaling SaaS or high-growth technology environment, with an understanding of the challenges that come with growth
- Fully remote – work from home flexibility (New Zealand based)
- Take ownership of business-critical systems and applications.
