IT Operations Analyst (Platform Analyst)
Summary
Entry-level IT Operations (Platform) Analyst in North Jakarta who monitors system alerts, follows incidents through to resolution, coordinates escalations, and maintains monitoring dashboards and documentation. Fresh graduates welcome; exposure to Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Datadog and basic Python/Bash/SQL is a plus.
Salary: Rp 5.500.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship or hands-on project experience in IT Operations, IT Monitoring, IT Infrastructure, NOC, or IT Support is a plus.
Basic understanding of IT monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, SolarWinds Orion, Datadog, PRTG, or similar tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of server, network, cloud, or database environments.
Basic scripting or query knowledge (Python, Bash, SQL, etc.) is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic operational environment.
Available to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
Job Description
Monitor and follow up on IT operational incidents until resolution.
Assist in incident coordination and escalation with relevant teams.
Perform monitoring and basic analysis of system alerts and operational issues.
Maintain and improve monitoring dashboards, tools, and alerting systems.
Identify opportunities to improve IT monitoring and operational visibility.
Support daily IT operational activities and cross-functional coordination.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation.
