Decskill, an IT consulting firm, is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to ensure production stability across client project lifecycles in an Agile/DevOps environment — supporting deployments, monitoring, incident resolution, and operational improvement. The stack includes Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Dynatrace, and OpenShift.

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer!
Mission: As part of an Agile and DevOps environment, you will be responsible for ensuring production stability throughout the project lifecycle. You will integrate production and infrastructure requirements, support deployments and monitoring, maintain operational conditions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of production services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production stability across the project lifecycle.
- Integrate production and infrastructure requirements into projects and solutions.
- Support application and infrastructure deployment activities.
- Monitor production environments and ensure operational performance.
- Maintain production services in operational condition.
- Contribute to production operation steering and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and resolve production issues, ensuring an effective problem-solving approach.
- Monitor and analyse performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes.
- Support IT risk and cybersecurity requirements within production environments.
- Collaborate with Agile and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
- Contribute to project management activities related to IT Operations.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders, maintaining a customer-oriented approach.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and bring creativity to operational challenges.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team development.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in IT Operations.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and production operations.
- Knowledge of IT risk and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented approach.
- Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to inspire and positively influence others.
- Ability to develop, document and improve processes.
- Experience with performance indicators and operational monitoring.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
