IT Operations Engineer | IT Vendor, Up to 25K ( x13 Months )

Salary: $25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic system health checks and monitor infrastructure performance/uptime using tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network failures and cybersecurity incidents.

• Maintain Linux/Windows servers, virtual machines, Docker/Kubernetes container platforms, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).

• Apply OS and software patches.

• Execute service restoration, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 1+ years of relevant system administration experience.

• Strong networking knowledge.

• Solid experience in Windows and Linux administration, system configuration, shell scripting, and patch management.

• Knowledge of Docker/containers and Exchange Server is a plus.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Willing to work at Wong Chuk Hang

• Able and willing to work on rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Shift Schedule (Roster by monthly)

• Mon–Fri (excluding public holidays): 18:00–03:00 / 02:00–11:00

• Sat, Sun & public holidays: 10:00–19:00 / 18:00–03:00 / 02:00–11:00
