IT Operations Engineer/Systems & Network Engineer ($30K - $35K)

Salary: $30,000 – $35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily IT infrastructure operations and implementation activities.

• Monitor and maintain server, network, storage, and virtualization environments.

• Coordinate with data center operators and external hardware vendors for maintenance and support activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure service availability and stability.

• Assist in implementing system changes, upgrades, and operational procedures.

• Support security monitoring and log management activities.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support.

• Hands-on experience in providing operational support for IT infrastructure environments.

• Experience managing data center operations and coordinating with external hardware vendors.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
