IT Operations Engineer_研發支援系統整合_資訊處(內湖)

【Responsibility】

• Provide IT operations support for core R&D design tools including Creo, SolidWorks, Allegro, OrCAD, Altium Designer , CAE tools and ECAD/MCAD platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to CAD/CAE applications, integration, and performance.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Work with Infra team and engineering teams to configure, deploy, and maintain tool updates, patches, and configurations.
• Collaborate with R&D to support PLM integration and data management systems (e.g., Windchill).
• Document technical configurations, procedures, and support guides for design tool environments.
• Ensure high availability and business continuity of engineering systems through backups and redundancy.

【Qualification】

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or engineering IT support.
• Hands-on experience supporting Creo, SolidWorks, Allegro, OrCAD, Altium Designer tools and CAE tool .
• Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware), networking basics, and backup systems.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in technical design environments.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams.
