IT Operations Executive

We are seeking an IT Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT operations, particularly in the areas of MIS operations and backend processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our back office operations and supporting various IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily IT operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in backend processes. - Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and various lookup functions (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP), to analyze data and generate reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery. - Maintain and update MIS systems to ensure accurate reporting and data management. - Provide support for BPO operations, ensuring that all IT-related tasks are executed smoothly. - Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise in the IT department.
