IT Operations Executive (West/Contract)

• Supported ITSM operations to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Assisted in developing and improving key operational workflows and processes.

• Participated in stakeholder discussions to identify and implement process improvements.

• Maintained and updated operations handbooks and documentation to ensure accurate records.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Operations Management, IT, Marketing, Business or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with JIRA or ITSM tools is an advantage, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Additional Information:

• Up to $3800

• Located in One North

• Contract till March 2027
