IT Operations Expert

Job description:

As required by Alibaba Cloud, perform 5×8 IDC duty, complete work orders as required, organize O&M incident analysis and drive the implementation of optimization measures, and lead on-site emergency response.

Job Requirement:

1. Familiar with common data center server brands, common network equipment, optical modules, and fiber optics;

2. Ability to quickly diagnose system, hardware, and network anomalies, and to be adaptable and problem-solving savvy;

3. Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-departmental and teamwork skills;

4. Language Requirement: English.Mandarin
