IT Operations & Infrastructure Team Leader/Specialist (Data Center, DBA, ITSM)

o Primary Purpose: We are seeking versatile IT professionals to join our Operations Management team. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and high availability of our mission-critical infrastructure. This role is a hybrid focus, primarily centered on Data Center Operations (hardware, facilities, and 24/7 support) with secondary exposure to Database Administration and IT Service Management (ITSM) tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Center Operations: Perform onsite infrastructure and hardware installation, maintenance, break-fix, and cabling management in a 24/7 environment.
• Facility Management: Oversee critical facility infrastructure (power, cooling, HVAC) and coordinate M&E maintenance to ensure safe and efficient data center operations.
• Database Administration: Execute database tuning, backup/recovery strategies, and collaborate with development teams to optimize data models and ensure data integrity.
• ITSM Tool Management: Administer and support ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy/Helix), translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving service improvements.
