IT Operations Manager (EL1)

Join the NGA as our IT Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting one of the nation's most significant cultural institutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse and complex technology environment spanning cloud and on-premises systems, enterprise infrastructure, networking, data centres, AV technologies, security systems and visitor-facing digital experiences. Working closely with the CIO, you will influence both operational delivery and strategic decision-making, contributing to executive reporting, technology planning, procurement, governance and major projects.

As part of a small, highly collaborative team, you'll be the driving force for delivery across IT operations, vendor management, service delivery and digital transformation.
