IT Operations Manager - Infrastructure/Service Delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10 - 17 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure Management, and Service Delivery.

- Strong experience in IT Project Management and Vendor Management.

- Hands-on experience in IT budgeting, cost control, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and financial management.

- Mandatory experience in Data Center Operations and AV/VC infrastructure management.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, systems, and enterprise IT services.

- Experience managing vendors, contracts, procurement, and SLA-based service delivery.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and operational priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure support, and service delivery.

- Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance reviews.

- Prepare, monitor, and control IT budgets, operational expenses (OPEX), and capital expenditures (CAPEX).

- Oversee data center operations, including infrastructure availability, capacity planning, power, cooling, and disaster recovery coordination.

- Manage Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) infrastructure, including meeting room technologies and collaboration systems.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and continuity of IT services.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.

- Monitor IT performance metrics, incidents, and service requests to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and business continuity plans.

- Lead and mentor IT operations teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance management.
