Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Operations Manager to oversee our core IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise support systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily IT operations, ensuring high system availability, managing IT service delivery, and coordinating with technical teams and external vendors to support business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily IT infrastructure operations, including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), enterprise networks, and server systems.
Oversee IT service desk performance, ensuring incident, problem, and request management meet established SLAs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure hardware, software, and network resources are fully operational.
Monitor system performance, uptime, and security compliance to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, network diagrams, asset inventories, and operational reports.
Identify operational bottlenecks, infrastructure delays, or system vulnerabilities and escalate/resolve them promptly.
Liaise with internal departments to support hardware/software rollouts and technology integration projects.
Ensure all IT operations adhere to cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
Assist with IT budget tracking, hardware procurement, and vendor license management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic IT performance and incident reports.
Support continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or IT service delivery, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), enterprise networking, and ITIL frameworks.
Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
Good proficiency in IT service management tools and Microsoft Office/Workspace applications.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technical staff, vendors, and different internal business units.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment.
Willingness to work in the Changi Business Park area.
