Salary: £59,900 - 64,200 per year

• Lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers and analysts.

• Implement and enhance standardised operational procedures.
• Contribute to strategic planning as part of the leadership team.
