IT Operations Specialist

We are a global digital marketing company with approximately 250 employees, looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our IT team.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly understand new systems and concepts. Previous hands-on IT experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys investigating how things work, and can learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile IT asset inventory across Monday.com and other systems.
• Compare data between systems and identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent records.
• Investigate operational issues such as inactive or offline devices and understand the reason behind them.
• Track software licenses, usage, and costs, and identify unnecessary or unexpected spending.
• Monitor usage of SaaS and AI platforms and follow up on unusual or additional usage.
• Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Perform manual or automated data comparisons using spreadsheets, scripts, or other tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve repetitive IT processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate or business environment, working with systems, processes, or operational tasks.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with different systems and tools.
• Ability to quickly understand new technical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good spreadsheet skills and confidence working with data.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow them through to resolution.
• Independent, curious, and proactive approach to work.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar technical environment.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Basic scripting or automation skills.
• Familiarity with APIs or no-code automation tools.
• Interest or experience in using AI to improve operational processes.
