Hey! Nice to see you!

At Incubly, we believe that great people want to work with great people, so we started building a company that attracts great minds and enables us to achieve our goals without feeling like we are just working, but rather having fun. Our mission is to support technology companies and scaleups in fast, high-quality scaling of their teams and in building, testing and operating digital products together.

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join Incubly and support IT operations.

In this role, you will split your time between:

  • supporting local office in Łódź as an on-site IT contact, managing and improving Incubly’s internal IT environment, including MS365, laptops, user accounts, business applications, inventory and IT procedures

  • optionally also gradually developing your skills in DevOps / Platform Engineering, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, AWS, GCP, Infrastructure as Code and GitOps

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real technical problems, working directly with users, keeping IT operations stable and secure, and wants to grow beyond classic IT support into modern cloud-native operations.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch, in-person IT support for local office in Łódź, acting as the primary on-site contact for technical needs.

  • Support Incubly employees with day-to-day IT topics, including laptops, accounts, access, applications, onboarding, offboarding and troubleshooting.

  • Manage the end-to-end hardware lifecycle, including procurement coordination, configuration, deployment, inventory, maintenance and decommissioning.

  • Support both MacBook and Dell / Windows laptop environments, including operating system configuration, updates, troubleshooting and basic device hardening.

  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and contribute to CMDB / inventory management practices.

  • Make sure office IT equipment works reliably, including AV equipment, meeting rooms, printers and peripherals.

  • Work with tickets in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for client-related support, and manage internal Incubly IT requests in a structured and transparent way.

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware logistics, account creation, access changes, license assignment and access removal.

  • Administer and support business applications such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian tools, Slack, Google Workspace, Okta or similar SaaS platforms.

  • Support access management processes, including user accounts, groups, permissions, MFA, least privilege and periodic access reviews.

  • Help define, document and improve Incubly’s internal IT procedures in line with ISO 27001 requirements.

  • Uphold and enforce security standards for devices, accounts and platforms.

  • Act as a bridge between local users, client IT teams, Incubly teams, HR, Facilities and external providers.

  • Support IT transition, integration and standardisation initiatives, especially where local environments need to align with global standards.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks and improve operational efficiency.

  • Gradually support DevOps-related tasks under guidance, such as CI/CD pipeline maintenance, basic Kubernetes operations, Helm chart updates, GitOps workflows, cloud infrastructure tasks or Infrastructure as Code changes.

We need you to have

  • Proven experience in an IT support, onsite IT technician, IT operations or system administrator role.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, software, SaaS applications and office IT equipment.

  • Practical experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.

  • Experience with laptop configuration, deployment, inventory management and hardware lifecycle processes.

  • Good understanding of user onboarding, offboarding and access management.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar.

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Okta or similar tools.

  • Security-oriented mindset and good understanding of topics such as MFA, least privilege, device compliance, account hygiene and access reviews.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through on tasks until resolution.

  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including internal users, client teams, HR, Facilities and external vendors.

  • Willingness to work regularly on-site in Łódź.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji or similar.

  • Experience working in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 or other security/compliance-oriented environment.

  • Experience documenting IT processes, procedures, work instructions and asset records.

  • Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python.

  • Basic understanding of networking, VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi, printers and office infrastructure.

  • Exposure to DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering topics.

  • Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar tools.

  • Basic experience with AWS or GCP.

  • Basic experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code or GitOps.

  • Motivation to grow from IT Operations into DevOps / Platform Engineering over time.

What you can expect from the role

  • A practical, hands-on role with real ownership over IT operations and employee experience.

  • Broad exposure to workplace IT, SaaS administration, hardware lifecycle, access management and security processes.

  • A chance to help shape Incubly’s internal IT standards, processes and ISO 27001-aligned procedures.

  • A development path toward DevOps and Platform Engineering.

  • Support from experienced engineers and architects who can help you grow in CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud, IaC and GitOps.

  • A role that is not limited to classic helpdesk support - you will be expected to improve processes, automate repetitive tasks and build scalable ways of working.
