IT Operations Specialist
Salary: Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month
About the role
An experienced IT Operations Specialist who will become a key link between the IT Director, the engineering team, contractors, and clients. The company specializes in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including corporate networks, Wi-Fi, video surveillance, the Internet, security systems, and comprehensive IT projects for villas, hotels, commercial facilities, and residential complexes.
Key responsibilities
Organize the work of the engineering team together with the IT Director
Plan and monitor the execution of daily tasks
Coordinate the implementation of IT projects from start to completion and delivery to the client
Control deadlines, quality of work, and budget compliance
Interact with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Organize equipment purchases and monitor deliveries
Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation
Check the quality of installation and commissioning work
Travel to sites as needed to monitor work progress and address organizational issues
Propose process improvements and enhance the efficiency of the IT department
About you
Experience managing an IT team
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to effectively allocate tasks and monitor their execution
Decision-making and priority management skills
Good understanding of network infrastructure principles
Good understanding of Ruijie / Reyee equipment
Good understanding of MikroTik equipment
Good understanding of Hikvision video surveillance systems
Good understanding of Wi-Fi networks, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, structured cabling systems and fiber-optic communication lines
