The Opportunity
We're seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of healthcare technology.
Location: Hybrid – Pittsburgh, PA (Core office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Reports To: IT Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
What You'll Do
End User Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee technology support requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, and connectivity issues.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
User Account & Device Administration
- Provision and deprovision employee accounts and technology access.
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user accounts.
- Configure and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
SaaS Management & Technology Operations
- Manage software licensing and user provisioning.
- Monitor software utilization and licensing optimization.
- Maintain software subscription and renewal records.
Asset Management, Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
- Manage the lifecycle of technology assets from procurement through retirement
- Work with vendors to obtain quotes, process renewals, and manage orders
IT Projects
- Participate in technology implementation and upgrade projects
- Assist with application deployments, system enhancements, and process improvements
- Support the adoption and governance of AI-enabled business applications, including user training, access management, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of IT support, IT operations, or systems support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Strong troubleshooting skills within Windows environments
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity
- Experience working with ticketing systems and support workflows
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Preferred:
- Experience managing SaaS applications, software licensing, vendor relationships, or IT procurement processes
- Experience managing Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications

- Maintain accurate technology asset and licensing records.
- Improve IT processes and documentation.
