Position: IT & Operations Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.
Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation system.
Troubleshooting of technical issues on site at customers’ location.
Implementing scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tool set.
Any other matters tasked by Management.
Requirements:
Preferably Diploma in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Experience handling IT network issues will be an advantage.
Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.
Resourceful and able to work independently when required.
Keen to learn and assess new technology for work purposes.
Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.
Meticulous and able to multi-task.
Selected candidates will be offered a 1 year contract that can be extended.
