IT Planning Analyst (Contracts)

Qualifications:

1) Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, Law, Supply Chain Management or related field.

2) Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT contract management, procurement, or Supply chain- preferably within the oil and gas, energy or industrial sectors.

3) Strong knowledge of IT contracting principles, procurement strategies, and vendor governance frameworks.

4) Familiarity with IT-related contracts, including software licenses, SaaS, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.

6) High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draft complex contractual terms and conditions

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Proficiency in ERP and contract management tools (e.g., SAP)

2. Solid understanding of CAPEX and OPEX budget alignment in contract execution.
