IT Planning and Implementation Leader (Sales Operations)
Responsibilities
- Lead as a Business analyst for Business support IT system requirements analysts and sales processes automation
- Develop/Configure Change Requests and New Requirements in kissflow system (Low-code Business process automation)
- Lead and support in daily system issue handling and troubleshooting
- Align with cross functional teams and lead in new functions/ CRs implementation.
- Lead internal tastings/ UATs and post go-live support.
- Communicate and monitor vendor support for system issues handling.
