IT PM / Business Analyst / Solution Analyst | 30-50K

Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 per month

Job Summary: We are looking for versatile IT PM/ PE / Business Analysts and Solution Analysts to drive enterprise requirements gathering, process design, and digital project execution for top-tier clients in E-Commerce, Entertainment, Aviation and Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis, user story mapping, and process design for Cloud, AI, and ERP/Integration initiatives.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

• Plan, schedule and monitor the resources and tasks to ensure the project to be completed on time.

• Prepare Project Proposals and Requirement Specifications

• Assist in Jira REST API integration, workflow design, or domain-specific solutions (e.g., Forex / Sales Excellence / Account Development).

• Facilitate workshops, manage vendor timelines, and drive Agile delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–5 years of business analysis experience within enterprise environments (Banking, Aviation, or Tech Consulting).

• Strong understanding of Agile methodology, cloud solutions, or AI use case identification.

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills in Cantonese and English.
