The IT Project Management Office is advancing how enterprise projects are governed, prioritized, reported, and delivered. This Project Manager will have visibility across technology and business teams while supporting initiatives spanning enterprise applications, analytics, integrations, digital platforms, process automation, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Independently manage multiple concurrent technology and enterprise projects from initiation through successful closure.
- Build and maintain project charters, schedules, work plans, stakeholder registers, communication plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and supporting project documentation.
- Coordinate project resources and dependencies across business teams, technology groups, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Lead project kickoffs, planning sessions, requirements workshops, governance meetings, and steering committee discussions.
- Monitor scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resource needs, and budget considerations while proactively addressing delivery challenges.
- Partner with project sponsors to establish clear objectives, measurable success criteria, and expected business outcomes.
- Translate business priorities into actionable project requirements and executable delivery plans.
- Support change-management activities including stakeholder communications, training coordination, engagement, and user adoption.
- Prepare executive-facing project updates, presentations, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
- Contribute to project intake, prioritization, resource planning, forecasting, and portfolio management.
- Help improve PMO methodologies, governance practices, templates, reporting standards, and delivery consistency.
- Support initiatives involving enterprise applications, infrastructure modernization, integrations, data and analytics, business intelligence, e-commerce, digital experience, cybersecurity, automation, AI, and operational improvement.
Do you bring proven success in enterprise technology project delivery?
- Bring approximately 3–6 years of hands-on project management experience within technology, enterprise systems, business transformation, software implementation, analytics, or operational improvement environments.
- Demonstrate success managing several projects simultaneously while maintaining control of milestones, dependencies, risks, documentation, and stakeholder expectations.
- Understand Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies and know when different approaches make sense.
- Have experience developing project plans, RAID logs, executive status reports, presentations, governance documentation, and related PMO deliverables.
- Bring strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Be comfortable coordinating internal teams, third-party vendors, consultants, managed service providers, and business leaders.
- Possess strong facilitation, communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Be proficient with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have experience with project delivery platforms such as ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable tools.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may also qualify.
- Experience with SDLC, enterprise SaaS implementations, ERP, HRIS, CRM, POS, finance, supply chain, analytics, or business intelligence platforms is highly valued.
- Experience delivering projects in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Vendor-led enterprise implementation experience is advantageous.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or comparable project management certification is preferred.
