IT Procurement Executive
📍 Singapore | Permanent
An established technology business is looking for an IT Procurement Executive to support its growing procurement function.
What You'll Do
- Source and purchase IT hardware, equipment and services
- Manage suppliers, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Raise POs and track orders and deliveries
- Resolve supplier and product-related issues
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse & Operations on related tasks
- Maintain accurate procurement records
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent in procurement, business, IT or related disciplines
- 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably within the IT sector
- Good understanding of IT hardware/products is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and vendor management skills
💡 IT professionals with limited procurement experience but good IT product knowledge are welcome to apply.
