IT Procurement Manager

Salary: £69,000 - 78,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven IT procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong knowledge across software, cloud, cyber, infrastructure and managed services categories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable operating in an evolving environment with limited established processes.
• Experience of procurement transformation, service design or operating model change would be advantageous.
• CIPS qualification desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex IT sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Develop category strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial value.
• Support procurement transformation and service improvement initiatives.
• Prioritise a varied pipeline of procurement activities in a fast-changing environment.

This is a 7-month fixed-term contract, offered on a hybrid basis, with a salary of £69,000-£78,000 plus benefits. You will work directly with senior stakeholders including our CTO and Heads of Department to help design and deliver sourcing strategies across a broad IT spend portfolio.
