IT Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist the procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, enterprise software/SaaS, market data feeds, infrastructure, cloud solutions, and IT professional services.

• Negotiate pricing, licensing models, service level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms to maximize cost savings and value.

• Perform initial and ongoing due diligence on IT suppliers, assessing financial stability, cybersecurity posture, and operational resilience.

• Maintain accurate procurement logs, track savings metrics, manage contract renewal schedules, and support internal/external audit requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or vendor management.

• Prior experience within Banking, Financial Institutions (FIs), or Fintech firms is highly preferred.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
