IT Procurement Operations

Job Role: Manage end-to-end IT procurement operations, including vendor quotations, SAP Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Order coordination, invoice booking, and vendor payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and commercial proposals for IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP with accurate specifications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain teams for timely Purchase Order (PO) release.
• Track procurement requests, purchase orders, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate invoice verification and booking in SAP.
• Follow up with Finance and Accounts Payable teams for timely vendor payment release.
• Manage vendor communications, documentation, and resolution of procurement-related issues.

Maintain procurement trackers and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 710 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably IT procurement.
• Must have Hands-on experience with SAP PR creation (ECC 6 or HANA S4) and procurement processes.
• Experience coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, and vendors.
• Good knowledge of invoice processing and vendor payment follow-up.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement reporting.
