IT Procurement Senior Analyst

Manage end‑to‑end procurement for all IT categories, including hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and IT infrastructure. Lead vendor evaluation, selection, onboarding, negotiation, and contract finalization. Develop and execute IT procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget. Review purchase requisitions, validate technical specifications, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, warranties, and multi‑year agreements with OEMs, distributors, and service providers. Manage renewal cycles for software licenses, subscriptions, SaaS, AMC, and support contracts. Evaluate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), ROI, and cost‑benefit metrics for IT purchases. Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, OEMs, IT partners, and sourcing aggregators. Monitor contract performance, SLA adherence, delivery timelines, and service quality. Partner with IT, Finance, Security, and Legal teams for procurement planning and approvals. Ensure compliance with audit requirements, cybersecurity standards, and organizational procurement guidelines. Manage procurement documentation, vendor NDA, MSA, SOW, commercials, and purchase records. Track and analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging technologies. Lead RFP/RFQ/RFI creation, response evaluation, and commercial comparison matrices. Implement cost‑saving initiatives, vendor consolidation, and process optimization. Maintain accurate procurement dashboards, reports, financial trackers, and renewal calendars. Resolve escalations related to deliveries, invoicing, payment cycles, and vendor issues. Support IT asset lifecycle planning in coordination with infrastructure and operations teams. Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and coordinate with finance for invoice clearance. Work closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams to validate vendor risk assessments. Provide management updates on budgeting, forecasting, and procurement performance. Mentor junior procurement staff and support cross‑functional sourcing initiatives.
