Responsabilities:

• Manage the procurement lifecycle for software and IT-related services, from demand analysis to contract execution

• Collaborate closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment

• Lead vendor selection processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, licensing terms, renewals, and SLAs to achieve best value

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations

• Monitor software licenses, usage, renewals, and optimization opportunities

• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance

• Track market trends, benchmark pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Support audits and maintain accurate procurement documentation

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT procurement, with a strong focus on software procurement

• Solid understanding of software licensing models (SaaS, on-prem, cloud, subscriptions)

• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

• Strong analytical and commercial skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus
