IT Product Manager

About the role

Manage product requirements for POS and POS GO systems, translating business needs into product requirements, process flows, and system solutions. Coordinate with business, development, testing, and operation teams throughout the full requirement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product requirements for POS and POS GO systems

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements

• Translate business needs into product requirements, process flows, and system solutions

• Coordinate with business, development, testing, and operation teams throughout the full requirement lifecycle

• Support UAT, release, post-launch follow-up, and daily system issues

• Manage product backlog, priorities, timelines, and delivery progress

• Continuously improve store operation processes and system usability

• Maintain product documentation, requirement documents, and key process documentation

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in IT product management or related fields

• Good Chinese and English communication skills

• Strong requirement analysis, logical thinking, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

• Experience in POS, retail systems, logistics systems, or enterprise IT systems is preferred
