IT Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the engineering team can actually build from.
• Utilizing monday.com to help maintain and prioritize the product backlog — keeping tickets up to date, clear, and actionable.
• Document product flows, processes, and feature specs clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Generate complex multi-projects timeline to ensure all projects are well documented and tracked.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points, then translate insights into product improvement ideas.
• Collaborate closely with UI-UX designers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
• Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to keep the team aligned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a product, tech, or business role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how product teams operate.
• Comfortable with business meetings and translating into technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Familiar with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Monday.com, etc.
• Able to work in teams with multiple projects.
• This position is limited to Indonesian citizens.

Nice to Have
• Demonstrated side projects or case studies participation showing product thinking.
• Hands-on experience or internship in a product, tech startup, or software company environment.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodology.
