Product Owner – Digital Commerce (Multiple Domains)
About the Role
Central Retail Digital is looking for passionate and data-driven Product Owners to drive the evolution of our e-commerce and omnichannel platforms.
You will own product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end delivery within one of four domains: Product Flow & Catalog, Traffic & Martech, Seller Centre (Marketplace), or Operations & Fulfilment.
Working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams, you will translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Flow & Catalog
Own the product roadmap for product catalog, taxonomy, search and navigation, Product Detail Pages (PDP), and product discovery.
Improve the end-to-end shopping journey, from browsing and product discovery to add-to-cart, driving conversion and engagement.
Drive integration across Product Information Management (PIM), ERP, inventory, and pricing systems to ensure accurate and consistent product information.
Enhance omnichannel capabilities, including real-time stock availability, store fulfilment, and cross-sell/up-sell experiences.
Monitor product performance and use analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to optimize the shopping experience.
2. Traffic, Marketing & Martech
Own the technical product roadmap for traffic acquisition, tracking and attribution, marketing automation, CRM/CDP integration, loyalty, and personalization capabilities.
Drive tracking and analytics infrastructure across web and mobile platforms using tools such as GA4, GTM, Firebase, Meta CAPI, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
Enable seamless customer journeys through campaign tracking, deep linking, SEO/CRO capabilities, and cross-platform conversion measurement.
Drive integration with CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and consent management platforms to support personalized customer engagement and PDPA compliance.
Partner with Marketing, CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements and measurable product improvements.
Note: This is a technical digital product role focused on marketing technology, tracking, and platform capabilities—not managing advertising budgets or executing marketing campaigns.
3. Seller Centre (Marketplace)
Own the product roadmap for Seller Centre, enabling third-party sellers to onboard, manage product listings, process orders, and grow their businesses.
Improve seller onboarding, registration, KYC/KYB verification, store setup, seller support, and performance management.
Enhance catalog ingestion, bulk uploads, product attribute mapping, listing approval workflows, and seller API/feed integrations.
Develop scalable marketplace capabilities covering seller order and inventory management, commissions, promotions, and seller service levels.
Use seller feedback, operational insights, and product KPIs to improve seller productivity, reduce recurring issues, and strengthen marketplace performance.
4. Operations & Fulfilment (Downstream)
Own product capabilities across order orchestration, order routing, inventory reservation, fulfilment, delivery, and returns.
Improve omnichannel fulfilment models, including ship-from-store, click-and-collect, distribution-centre fulfilment, and last-mile delivery.
Drive inventory accuracy and availability across stores, warehouses, and marketplace sellers to reduce cancellations and fulfilment delays.
Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and external partners to manage integrations across Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency, system reliability, and service levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role with demonstrated ownership of product or system delivery.
Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail technology, digital platforms, marketplace, marketing technology, supply chain, or logistics, depending on the product domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integrations, with the ability to work effectively with Engineering and technical teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, draw.io, or Figma.
Strong backlog prioritization, decision-making, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
Domain-Specific Experience
Product Flow & Catalog: Experience with e-commerce product catalogs, PIM, product taxonomy, search, inventory, pricing, or product discovery.
Traffic, Marketing & Martech: Experience with digital tracking and attribution, GA4/GTM, CRM/CDP, marketing automation, mobile measurement platforms, or digital analytics.
Seller Centre (Marketplace): 5+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership, including at least 3 years in marketplace, seller platforms, merchant portals, supplier platforms, or related e-commerce environments.
Operations & Fulfilment: Experience with OMS, WMS, TMS, inventory management, order orchestration, omnichannel fulfilment, logistics, or 3PL integrations.
