IT Product Owner (Factory, Finanace)
Be responsible for overall product backlog management and maximize product value by working cross-functionally to guide client products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business aspects.
Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
Work with all relevant stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap.
Manage the product backlog and ensure that development team
Clarify and prioritize upcoming stories, and agree on development scope for sprints.
Work closely with product delivery teams to address queries, provide clarifications, and offer regular feedback to ensure the best product increments are built.
Manage relevant stakeholders and facilitate technical and functional product conversations at all company levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in managing application development or as a Product Owner.
Strong knowledge of Agile development methods with Farm & Factory, Finance & Accounting , or AI.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management.
Analytical, computer, math, and problem-solving skills to use software and explain the software.
Excellent communication skills – able to communicate complex technical concepts to management and different functional teams in clear, concise language.
Good command of English written and spoken
