IT Product Owner
Summary
Owns and continuously improves internal IT products supporting inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations. Day to day: translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing the backlog, aligning Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) with surrounding applications, and facilitating UAT with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve IT products supporting inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the IT Product Manager.
Ensure smooth process alignment and integration between Oracle ERP and surrounding applications.
Facilitate UAT and collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or related ERP role.
Strong understanding of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or distribution workflows.
Proven experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion) is highly preferred; an Oracle Functional Consultant background is a strong plus.
Solid grasp of enterprise system integration, data flow, and stakeholder management.
