IT Product Sales Administrator
Description
Salary: $25,000 – $30,000 per month
Role Overview:
The IT Product Sales Administrator acts as the core bridge between sales representatives, operations, logistics, finance, and customers. Their primary goal is to turn confirmed sales commitments into fulfilled orders, accurate billings, and clean system records
Responsibilities:
Order Management & Processing: Receive, verify, and enter purchase orders (POs), sales contracts, and customer details into ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Quotations & Invoicing: Prepare, format, and issue accurate commercial quotes, proposals, sales invoices, and payment requisitions.
Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to coordinate delivery schedules, stock availability, and credit/payment status.
Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone or email, resolving missing information, order changes, or delivery tracking requests.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date customer and sales records, compile weekly/monthly sales reports, and track KPIs for upper management.
Requirements:
Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or F.5 / DSE with relevant experience).
1 to 3+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a commercial operations role.
Knowledge or experience in IT Products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel like VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and familiarity with CRM/ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, multi-tasking abilities, and effective communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin as required by region).
